Description
RXR is hiring a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conceptual design through completion. The role manages project planning, scheduling, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, permits, insurance, safety plans, site inspections, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and client deliverables. The position requires 5–10 years of field experience as a Project Manager with an established construction firm, conceptual estimating experience, and relevant construction and safety training; Procore and Bluebeam are preferred. The stated base salary range is $120,000–$160,000 USD, with bonus eligibility.
