Salute is hiring a Physical Security Project Manager to provide operational oversight and strategic support for multiple physical security sites and client programs. The role manages site performance, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, client relationships, operational reporting, process improvement, and workforce development across assigned locations. It is 100% remote within the United States and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience, and regular travel between locations. The base salary is $65,000–$70,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
