Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the rollout of a complex digital transformation initiative across multiple franchises. The role coordinates readiness, data validation, training, go-live, hypercare, issue resolution, communications, and rollout documentation while supporting the Program Lead and cross-functional teams. It is a remote opportunity working EST hours with limited periodic travel and no visa sponsorship or C2C arrangement. The position requires 5–7 years of project or program management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and Visio. Compensation for Colorado-based work is estimated at $125,000–$135,000 for a long-term consulting engagement.
