Sandis is hiring a Project Manager in Roseville, California to oversee and supervise a design team of up to three individuals for land development projects. The role manages project scope, budgets, schedules, documentation, client relationships, quality control, grading, earthwork, stormwater, utility plans, and project approvals. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least eight years of recent civil engineering experience in land development design, two years of project management experience, a Professional Engineer license, and strong knowledge of codes, grading, drainage, and stormwater management; AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is preferred.
