SC Software is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead demanding, business-critical software projects that combine ERP-type implementations with custom software. The role partners with customers, ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, and helps develop AI-era software production methods using GenAI, developer copilots, and automation. Candidates should have strong software project leadership experience, large-scale development and integration delivery experience, agile and modern application development knowledge, customer-facing experience, and fluent Finnish with working English. The position is based in Jyväskylä, Helsinki, or Kuopio, with flexible working hours and remote work available.
