Scale Microgrids is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to lead microgrid construction projects from contract signature through commissioning. The role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, customer communications, and project risks while helping build the company’s Project Management function. It is based in the Northeast, ideally from a New Jersey or New York City office, and requires 7+ years of relevant construction, contracting, logistics, engineering, energy, or military experience, along with building-code knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and customer-facing autonomy.
