ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager in Miami, Florida to oversee residential and commercial disaster-restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role combines project management, estimating, Xactimate scope writing, customer and insurance communication, contractor oversight, budget and schedule control, risk identification, and project closeout. Candidates need 2–3 years of disaster-restoration experience, restoration estimating experience, Xactimate proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 annually, an annual bonus, health and wellness, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and a company vehicle.
