ServiceMaster DSI is hiring an Estimator/Project Manager in Rockford, Illinois to oversee residential and commercial disaster-restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role manages contractors and project execution with an assigned Construction Superintendent, handles client relationships and contract reporting, monitors schedule and budget, supports project close-out, and identifies new business opportunities. Candidates need restoration and construction experience, Xactimate experience, disaster-mitigation estimating experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. The position offers $75,000–$85,000 annually plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and vehicle stipend benefits.
