ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina to oversee residential and commercial disaster-restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role combines project management, estimating, Xactimate and Symbility scope writing, insurance and customer communication, contractor oversight, budget and schedule control, legal-risk review, project closeout, and client and vendor relationship development. Candidates need prior disaster-restoration and restoration-estimating experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 annually, an annual bonus, health and wellness, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and a company vehicle.
