ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager in Wichita, Kansas to oversee residential and commercial fire, water, mold, and natural-disaster restoration projects from estimate through close-out. The role includes preparing Xactimate scopes, coordinating customers and insurance providers, managing contractors and project budgets, monitoring construction progress, identifying legal and litigation risks, and developing client and vendor relationships. The position is hybrid, includes on-site inspections and estimating, and offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus an annual bonus, health and wellness, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and a company vehicle.
