ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager – Disaster Restoration in St. Paul, Minnesota, to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate through completion. The role manages contractors and project budgets, coordinates with clients, adjusters, and internal teams, ensures quality and safety compliance, supports account growth, and monitors financial performance. Candidates should have restoration or construction project management experience, Xactimate proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel; disaster mitigation or restoration experience is preferred. The position offers $65,000–$80,000 annually plus bonus opportunities, a company vehicle, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off.
