ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager in Lee's Summit, Missouri, to oversee residential and commercial disaster-restoration projects from estimate through close-out. The role manages contractors and construction progress, coordinates customers and insurance providers, handles project finances and risk, supports project teams, and develops client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships. Candidates need 2–3 years of disaster-restoration experience, restoration estimating and Xactimate scope-writing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 annually, an annual bonus, health and wellness, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and a company vehicle.
