Description
SGS is hiring a Project Manager for its Client Services team at its Scott, Louisiana laboratory. The role manages a portfolio of lower-complexity clients and analytical projects from initial quotes and sample receipt through laboratory execution, reporting, invoicing, and final deliverables. The Project Manager serves as a client and laboratory liaison, coordinates with sales and laboratory operations, monitors project status, documents client requests, reviews data and invoices, and trains and delegates tasks to Project Manager Assistants. The position is hybrid, with remote work permitted two days per week after initial training and at the manager's discretion.
