Based in Atlanta, GA, this full-time role involves overseeing both pre-construction and field execution phases of industrial and logistics development projects, focusing on the Southeast region. The Project Manager will report to the Managing Director/Head of Development & Construction and collaborate with senior executives. Responsibilities include reviewing project scopes, preparing cost estimates, developing schedules, managing risks, coordinating with contractors, administering payments, and providing comprehensive project administration.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-8 years of practical working experience in development, construction management, or general contracting.
Preferred Qualifications: Ideal backgrounds include general contractor project engineer/assistant project manager/project manager; owner’s representative construction manager, or development-side project manager.
Knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and information streams.
