Description
The Project Manager leads USCIS Freedom of Information Act processing support services, serving as the contractor’s single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR and as the Contractor Security Officer. The role oversees contract performance, staffing, quality, production, security, government property, reporting, corrective actions, subcontractors, and the 90-day ramp-up to full production. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of progressively responsible program or operations management experience, including three years managing a federal records, FOIA, Privacy Act, legal review, case processing, or comparable high-volume service operation, along with knowledge of FOIA and Privacy Act processing, personally identifiable information protection, and federal contractor security obligations.
