Description
The Project Manager – Commercial Construction will own commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion, managing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, safety, resources, customer and vendor relationships, site visits, change management, documentation, and closeout. The role requires 1–3+ years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, analytical ability, a valid U.S. driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications; construction or commercial building products experience is preferred.
