Description
The Project Manager leads complex water and sanitary sewer utility engineering, building engineering, design, and construction projects, including coordination with agencies, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, preparing bids and contracts, tracking budgets, approving invoices, inspecting work, managing change orders, and ensuring permits and inspections are completed. The role requires a relevant degree and 3 years of experience for Project Manager I or 5 years for Project Manager II, with a professional engineer license preferred.
