Description

StepStones for Youth is looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in social services, ideally related to child protection and youth homelessness. The role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects, supporting program evaluation, research, partner collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. It also includes activating a new property designated as a hub for young people in the child welfare system, serving as a model for support across Canada.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in non-profit or community-based organizations (especially related to child protection)
Experience managing renovation projects
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with budgets and financial tracking
Familiarity with compliance, permits, or municipal processes
Experience with CRM or database implementations
PMP, CAPM, and other relevant certification considered an asset (not required)
