The role manages project plans, budgets, schedules, staffing, technical deliverables, risks, client relationships, financials, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring junior staff and supporting market growth. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 5–10 years of design engineering or engineering project management experience; a PE license, PMP certification, business development experience, and an advanced degree are preferred.
