Description
Sutherland is hiring a Project Manager to plan, control, and deliver IT solutions projects for external customers on time, on budget, and with required quality. The role manages scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, stakeholders, issues, revenue forecasting, and project results across the full project lifecycle, while serving as a customer representative and trusted adviser. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience leading teams in a matrix environment, international-client experience, software SDLC experience, and strong customer and communication skills; PMP certification and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering or a related field are preferred or required. The position is hybrid in Bogotá at Sutherland’s facilities in Torre Krystal.
