TEHORA is hiring a Project Manager to lead technology projects for public and private organizations, with a strong focus on agile transformation. The role includes facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe workshops; supporting development, IT, and business teams with agile rituals; identifying and resolving agility obstacles; aligning practices with strategic objectives; measuring performance indicators; documenting improvements; and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software development or project management experience including three years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, and proficiency with agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello. The work location is hybrid, with flexible hours and a career path offered.
