The role leads multiple software development projects and Scrum teams using Agile methodologies, manages timelines, budgets, resources, requirements, risks, and project health, and may serve as a Scrum Master. It requires a Project Management Professional certification, eight years of Agile and Scrum project management experience with software development teams, and proficiency with Jira, Jira Plans, and Confluence; insurance-industry experience is preferred. The pay range is $50.00–$60.00 per hour, with potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
