Terracon Consultants Inc. is seeking an Owners’ Representative and Construction/Project Manager to provide on-site services for a variety of facility projects for an existing client. The role is based in the Henrico/Petersburg area, requires daily travel to the client campus, and involves managing active and potential construction projects, coordinating contractors, reviewing work completion, processing documentation and invoices, and developing project management processes. The position requires a degree or equivalent training in construction or project management, at least two years of on-site project management experience, knowledge of building systems and Virginia DEB requirements, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
