Description
Terracon is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Facilities Service Line to manage commercial facilities projects involving roofing systems, building enclosures, and waterproofing. The role covers project planning, scheduling, budgeting, submittal and RFI management, pay applications, construction-phase coordination, field-team leadership, quality control, and closeout. Candidates need experience with commercial facilities projects, roofing, building enclosures, waterproofing, construction administration, and contractor coordination; a PE license, PMP certification, IIBEC certifications, and facilities condition or capital-planning experience are preferred.
