Textron Systems is hiring a Project Manager for its Weapon Systems business in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The role owns a subset of a major defense program, coordinating financial, technical, and schedule performance; managing cross-functional dependencies and the Integrated Master Schedule; supporting budget and variance reporting; coordinating procurement; engaging stakeholders; and assisting with proposal generation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of project-team experience, technical aptitude, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and collaboration skills, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access approval.
