Textron Systems is hiring a Project Manager for its Weapon Systems business in Hill AFB, Utah. The role owns a subset of a major defense program, managing financial, technical, and schedule requirements; supporting control account managers; coordinating with suppliers and internal procurement; solving customer problems; communicating program progress; and assisting with proposal generation. A bachelor’s degree, project-team experience, communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and US citizenship with Secret-level clearance eligibility are required; five years of formal project or program management experience, earned-value and risk knowledge, proposal development, supply-chain experience, PMP certification, and defense or aerospace experience are desired.
