Textron Systems is hiring a Project Manager for its Weapon Systems business in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The role owns a subset of a major defense program, coordinating financial, technical, and schedule performance; managing Integrated Master Schedule dependencies; supporting budget and variance reporting; coordinating procurement and stakeholder communications; and assisting with proposal generation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of project-team experience, technical aptitude, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and collaboration skills, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access approval. Desired qualifications include formal project or program management experience, Earned Value Management knowledge, proposal support, supply-chain experience, PMP certification, and prior defense or aerospace experience.
