Textron Systems is hiring a Project Manager for its Weapon Systems business in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The role owns a subset of a major defense program, coordinating financial, technical, and schedule performance; managing cross-functional dependencies; supporting budgets and estimates; coordinating procurement; engaging stakeholders; and assisting with proposals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of project-team experience, technical aptitude, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and collaboration skills, and an active Secret clearance with Special Access approval capability. Two years of formal project or program management experience, Earned Value Management knowledge, proposal support, supply-chain experience, PMP certification, and defense or aerospace experience are desired.
