The Third Estimate is hiring a full-time Project Manager - Roofing and Siding to lead residential exterior projects from takeoffs and ordering through scheduling, walkthroughs, completion, and customer satisfaction. The role manages crews, budgets, timelines, materials, installation processes, and cross-team collaboration, with a requirement for at least three years of roofing or window project management experience and window-measuring experience. Compensation is $60,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses, with medical, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, paid sick days, and flex time.
