TMF Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria to lead complex projects, programmes, and operational portfolios. The role covers end-to-end delivery, planning and execution, stakeholder and client management, risk and issue management, budget and performance tracking, governance and reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in a matrix environment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and PMP or an equivalent advanced project management qualification; practical experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Confluence is also expected.
