TMF Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Manager in Bogota, Colombia, to lead complex projects, programmes, or operational portfolios. The role owns end-to-end delivery, planning, execution, stakeholder and client management, risk and issue management, budgets, performance tracking, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in a matrix environment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and PMP or equivalent advanced project management certification; the position supports work from the office or from home.
