TMF Group is hiring a full-time Migration Project Manager to lead complex client data migration projects across multiple countries, regions, and legal entities. The role manages migration schedules, rehearsals, cutover plans, governance, risks, defects, and stakeholder communication while coordinating global cross-functional teams and ensuring data integrity, compliance, and business continuity. The position requires 12–15 years of technology experience, including 8–10 years in project and program management, a bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and experience with HR, payroll, benefits, HCM, and related integrations. The role is available in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, and Pune, India, and offers a hybrid work model.
