TriNetX is hiring a Project Manager for its Oncology team in Freiburg, Germany, with a fully remote arrangement and no expected travel. The role leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple complex clinical and research projects; manages clients, partners, and study participants; supports pharmacovigilance, ethics, and regulatory compliance; and improves project management processes. Candidates need at least three years of project management experience, preferably in clinical studies, epidemiology, health outcomes, or real-world evidence research, along with a bachelor’s degree in a natural science or comparable field, strong stakeholder and communication skills, German and English fluency, and familiarity with project management tools and healthcare data environments.
