Project Manager at Turner & Townsend

The role manages residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage, including highways, utilities, enabling works, remediation, public realm, bridges, utility diversions or upgrades, and S106 or S278 obligations. Responsibilities include research, process development, progress monitoring, reporting, stakeholder liaison, and meeting documentation. The position is full time with flexible working and home-working opportunities, requires travel across London, the Home Counties and South East, and seeks candidates with construction, planning, engineering, or related qualifications, direct on-site construction experience, and experience with multiple stakeholders.
