Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior project manager to provide professional oversight and administration of large-scale building, infrastructure, transportation, or aviation development projects. The role manages project delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion, handover, and the Defects Liability Period; leads contract administration; coordinates multidisciplinary teams and contractors; monitors cost, quality, safety, schedule, and risk; and supports governance, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and project close-out. The position requires a relevant degree, at least 10 years of experience in architectural, civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, or project management disciplines, professional qualification or accreditation, and proven experience with major development projects.
