Uni Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join their UniQue team. The successful candidate will plan and manage projects from an IT, communication, and business perspective, focusing on refining platform architecture, structure, and user experience. Responsibilities include monitoring content completeness, overseeing platform governance, communicating with stakeholders, developing online communities, preparing feasibility studies, organizing training sessions, and creating collaborative sites.

Required Previous Experiences: professional experience in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of following tools: Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, MS Teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
Ability to take decision in case of issues efficiently and fast.
Able to cope with the fast-changing technologies used in collaborative platforms and self-service (no-code) software management.
Ability to give business and technical presentations.
Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Analysis and problem-solving skills.
Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents and other papers.
Fluent in English at least at a level C1.
