Unispace is hiring a Project Manager in Madrid for its Delivery team. The role oversees construction projects from planning through execution and delivery, coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and project teams, manages schedules and documentation, monitors on-site progress, and supports milestone achievement. Candidates should have 5–10 years of project management or project engineering experience in construction, ideally with tenant improvement and trade coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Vista or similar tools, and hands-on subcontractor management experience. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, and LEED or other sustainability qualifications are advantageous. The position offers hybrid working options.
