Uprite Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager for its Irvine team to lead commercial tilt-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, change management, subcontractor performance, project risks, financial forecasting, client and stakeholder communication, and project execution. Candidates must have direct commercial tilt-up project management experience, commercial general contractor experience, and knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, budgets, and cost controls; cold storage, temperature-controlled, industrial, distribution, food and beverage, or large-scale commercial tilt-up experience is preferred.
