Description
The Project Manager will own store-development projects from site selection through opening, managing budgets, feasibility, leases, construction documents, permits, authorities, bidders, RFIs, schedules, site visits, and construction issues. The role also supports expansion-property analysis, resolves legal and code matters, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in real estate management, five years of construction-related or corporate real estate project-management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
