Description
Rakuten Viber is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives from planning through delivery. The role is responsible for quarterly planning, Agile execution consistency, Scrum Master coaching and mentoring, crisis and blocker resolution, dependency management, and collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least four years of project management experience delivering complex projects, at least two years leading or mentoring Scrum Masters, strong Agile and software development knowledge, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Advanced Roadmaps.
