Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, governance, vendor performance, change requests, reporting, and organizational change management. It requires significant experience in public-sector IT project delivery, formal governance, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and project documentation, and is a 100% onsite position in Regina, Saskatchewan.
