The company in Halen is hiring a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end total-finishing projects for hospitals, nursing homes, public buildings, and other care-sector or university buildings. The role translates plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules into execution methods; organizes construction sites, deliveries, workers, materials, and subcontractors; leads foremen and workers; coordinates subcontracted work; attends site meetings; and manages projects from start-up through handover. The position is full-time, reports to the director, and offers a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
