The role manages the construction process from start to final handover, coordinates architects, clients, and subcontractors, organizes site meetings, and resolves construction problems. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, at least five years of construction project-management experience, technical knowledge, Office suite and AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication skills, and a category B driver's license. The position offers a 40-hour schedule, at least 12 additional ADV days per year, and a salary aligned with experience and competencies.
