The Project Manager leads multifamily or senior living construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, contract compliance, financial performance, risk management, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and project closeout. The role reports to a senior project manager or other assigned supervisor, mentors project team members, and offers a path toward Senior Project Manager.
