Description
W.E. O’Neil is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage a construction project from preconstruction through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract compliance objectives are met. The role partners closely with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and owners; oversees budgets, change orders, pay applications, scheduling, procurement, closeout, and team leadership; and requires strong construction administration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
