Description
Ware Malcomb is hiring a full-time, long-term Project Manager to deliver innovative data center design projects through all phases, including planning, scheduling, design development, construction documents, permitting, construction services, and client coordination. The role leads internal and external teams, manages budgets and contracts, coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, supports proposal and fee development, and may require travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or an equivalent field, at least seven years of architecture or interior design experience, five years of project management experience on complex projects, and knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Newforma, and applicable project codes.
