Ware Malcomb is hiring a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects through all phases, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction services. The role leads internal and external teams, manages budgets and schedules, coordinates consultants and contracts, handles client service, supports construction services and design reviews, and assists with proposals and marketing. Candidates need at least seven years of architecture experience, diverse commercial project experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, AutoCAD and Revit skills, knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma, building-code knowledge, and strong communication and coordination abilities. Compensation is $97,000–$114,000 plus benefits.
