The role manages internal and external teams, budgets, work plans, contract documents, consultants, construction services, regulatory code searches, client relationships, and project financial success, while also mentoring team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related program, at least seven years of land development project experience, Civil 3D skills, and strong communication skills; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
