The role oversees budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor and owner contracts, client relationships, safety, quality, risk, change orders, and field coordination, while leading Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, six to ten years of construction management experience, complex project management expertise, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with CPM scheduling, construction management software, and Microsoft Office.
