Description
Willmeng Construction is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, subcontractor payments, change orders, permits, inspections, documentation, and closeout; coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and project teams; and supports the superintendent and company safety culture. The posting prefers a BS or MS in Construction Engineering, a BS in Engineering with relevant experience, 3–5 years of project manager experience, estimating experience, client relationship skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Microsoft Office. Compensation includes cash, a discretionary annual bonus, 401(k) matching, and 100% covered employee medical, dental, and vision insurance.
